Fuel Savings Formula

Annual Gas Cost = (Annual Miles ÷ MPG) × Gas Price per Gallon

Annual Electricity Cost = (Annual Miles × EV Efficiency in Wh/mile ÷ 1000) × Electricity Rate per kWh

Annual Savings = Annual Gas Cost − Annual Electricity Cost
